Meadowland is a non-smoking house in a quiet conservation area 15/20 minutes walk to the City or two minutes walk to access public transport. This elegant house is set in its own grounds providing ample off-street car parking. Guests enjoy tranquillity while sitting in the garden on the carefully sited seats capturing the good weather and watching the many and varied wildlife species. Alternatively, guests may relax in the exquisitely decorated drawing room where books and magazines abound. Catherine and John Andrew take great care in their recommendations of restaurants and cafes in Bath and will willingly make reservations for their guests to visit the best that Bath has to offer.
Meadowland has three individually styled bedrooms all with comfy beds and an abundance of pillows and cushions, complete with tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, trouser press and welcoming sherry tray plus many additional luxuries to make your stay at Meadowland a memorable one.
Our SUPER KING DE-LUXE double
bedroom with en-suite bath and powerful shower. This room is designer decorated
in shades of strawberry pink and rich jade; a spacious room overlooking secluded
lawns to the front. The SUPER KING DE-LUXE may also be enjoyed as a twin bedded
room.

The KING DE-LUXE double bedroom with en-suite bath and powerful shower is designer decorated in blues, white and sun bright yellow; a similar spacious room with views across Bath to the Royal Crescent and the hills to the North.
And the DE-LUXE double bedroom has en-suite facilities with a powerful fully enclosed shower. Overlooking lawns and mature trees to the front, this room is designer co-ordinated in deep pink, sky blue and white.
Bath, one of Europe's most beautiful and exciting cities and is the only city in Britain to be a World Heritage Site in its entirety, with its magnificent Roman Baths, splendid Abbey, charming streets and passages where you can browse at leisure through the various selection of interesting shops. Explore Bath by open top double-decker bus, horse drawn carriage, by boat or on foot or by joining one of the many guided tours on offer.
Bath is an ideal touring base for the Cotswolds, the Cathedral towns of Wells and Salisbury and also the amazing Stonehenge with various National Trust Properties within easy reach.

From the M4
Junction 18 signposted for A46 Bath. Stay on A46 for 11 Miles then take the
A4 to Bath. As you proceed along London Road A4 Bath you will pass a Morrisons
Supermarket. Carry on for 500 yards and following Through Traffic
and A4 Bristol signs, take first left at traffic lights, into Cleveland Place.
This will skirt you round the City Centre. Keep following these signs for 1Mile
and you will eventually come along a dual carriageway with the Railway running
along on the right hand side. At junction turn left up Wells Road signposted
Shepton Mallet (A37) and A367 Radstock. You are now exactly 1 Mile from
Meadowland. Carry on up the hill and when you reach the top you will see
the Bear Pub on your right-hand side. Keep in the right-hand lane for 300 yards.
The road branches at a Y junction, take the right-hand fork into Bloomfield
Road. Bloomfield Park is the second turning on the right. Meadowland is 300
yards on the right - set back off the road behind trees. There is ample
parking within the grounds.
From the A36 approaching
Bath from Warminster.
Continuing on the A36 into Bath, you will approach Traffic lights at the foot
of a hill, bear left and follow signs for Through Traffic and A4 Bristol.
This will skirt you round the City centre. (Then follow directions as above).
From the A4 approaching
Bath from Bristol.
Continue on A4 through Saltford. At the first roundabout; take the second exit
signposted to Combe Down up the hill with the Globe Pub on your right. Proceed
for 2 miles up and down hills. You will pass a Hilliers Garden Centre on your
right hand side. (Watch out for the speed camera) Take first left after ½ mile
into Englishcombe Lane. Continue for 1 mile and after you see a park on your
left, turn left into Bloomfield Park. Meadowland is 200 yards on the left.
Radstock and Wells A367. You will pass a 'Park and Ride' on the outskirts of Bath. Carry straight on and over the next roundabout and you will be on a Dual Carriageway going downhill. As soon as the Dual Carriageway ends you will see The Devonshire Arms Pub on your right. Take first left 30 yards past the pub into St Lukes Road. At the end of the road turn left and immediate right into Bloomfield Park. Meadowland is 300yards along on the right.
